Dear Timeshare Member, as informed and in accordance with our sustainability policy, we will continue to send only digital Maintenance Fee invoices and no longer a hard copy of the same will be mailed. We continue to appreciate your timely remittance of the Maintenance Fee(s) prior to the noted due date of January 31, 2020. A late fee of $100 will be automatically added to all the overdue amounts beyond January 31, 2020.

We notice that more & more of our timeshare members have started using their respective fixed timeshare week which, consequently, is resulting in less flexibility for us to have the timeshare availability for internal exchange. Renaissance Ocean Suites will continue to extend to our members the option of internal exchange within the same calendar year & applicable to the exchange fee provided the availability permits. For your benefit & perusal, we have listed below the week which will not be available for Internal Exchange for the Year 2020.
